Boy Scout Troop 15 will offer a wilderness first aid course all day Saturday, December 20 and all afternoon/evening on Sunday, December 21. It will be an intermediate-level course with about 18 hours of instruction. Cost will be $150 per person. Included with this cost is a 200+-page textbook along with a waterproof field-guide. A card from the Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI) will be provided at conclusion of the course. Lifesaver medical helicopter is scheduled to fly-in to teach a landing-zone class (how to set-up a landing zone for a medical helicopter).
